History of France / Noailles / Botanical garden
Inspired by the Hôtel de Noailles complete with its park.. This mansion, built for Duke Anne-Jules de Noailles in 1679, was one of the most beautiful in Saint Germain en Laye. Partially destroyed in the mid-19th century, only part of the building remains today.
Designed by Louis XIV's great architect Jules-Hardouin Mansart, who built the Château de Versailles after Louis le Vau, this hotel represents the perfect balance of form, decoration and proportions that characterised Classical French architecture of the late 17th century.
This mansion can be rebuilt to offer you a beautiful, welcoming family home, with a gallery to showcase and appreciate your art collection.
